What is it?

Discover what you are meant to do in the real-world, not just by taking tests that tell you your personality 😜 but by actually doing internships and entering the world of work. Equip yourself with the materials and techniques to to find internships across the world, in the safe, playful and motivating jungle of School of Future.

The program will be facilitated by Aditi and Kelsey (the founders of School of Future) with guaranteed placements (obviously, if you do all the stuff we say and don’t suck).

The Basics

  • Structure: Online, 3 weeks, 1-on-1 coaching + 2 hour group sessions on Saturday and Sunday

  • Time Required: 6 hours per week

  • App Process: Interview

  • Price: $200 USD 

  • Outcomes: Get your first internship

Program Breakdown

Session 1 - Representing your bad-a$$ self

(26 Feb, Saturday)

Create the profiles, blurbs and materials you’ll use to show employers the true (bad ass) you. We’ll show you the professional way to do it.

Session 2 - How to find an internship

(27 Feb, Sunday)

Welcome the Mindset of 99 rejections. Obtain the never-ending skill of finding internships and opportunities, & the audacity to follow up like a psycho.

  • How to find relevant companies

  • Tricks to find the email id of hiring managers

  • Write a kick-ass cold email


1-on-1 Coaching Call

(28 Feb - 4 March)

After Week 1, we will get on a 1-on-1 coaching call with Aditi or Kelsey

  • to review your materials - resume + cold email

  • answer any questions or hesitations,

  • and guide you about next steps


Session 3 - Crack the interview

(5 March, Saturday)

Crack the interview & follow up like well-oiled machine.

  • Do’s and Dont’s to ace an interview

  • 1 Mock interview + feedback

  • Do proper follow up before and after the interview

  • Portfolio of follow up emails


Session 4 - Be a Good Intern

(12 March, Saturday)

Don’t piss your boss off. Learn from the source:

  • Things we’ve been pissed off about our interns 

  • How to write an email that doesn’t suck

  • How to up-manage your manager

1-on-1 Coaching Call

(8-10 March)

  • Find more companies with you

  • Edit and send out cold emails, with your mentor over your shoulder

  • Compose follow up emails

  • Practice for the interview
