1. BACKGROUND 

1.1. This document (“Privacy Policy”) governs Your access or use of https://www.schooloffuture.co, https://www.schooloffuture.in, and www.schooloffuture.co.in (“Website”) and Your use of services provided by Erutufos Solutions Private Limited (“Company” or “Us”) a private limited company, incorporated under the provisions of the Indian Companies Act, 2013 and having its registered office at 221, BHEL, C-58/19, Sector 62, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India – 201309 (“Services”).  

1.2. For the purpose of this Privacy Policy, wherever the context so requires "You", “Your” or “Customer” or “User” shall mean any natural or legal person who uses the Website for availing the Services. The term “We”, “Us”, “Our” shall mean the Company, its employees, and authorised agents that perform any services on the Company’s behalf. All the other defined terms shall have the same meaning as provided for under the Terms of Use, published on the Website here (“Terms of Use”). 

1.3. This Privacy Policy covers: (i) the type of information collected from the Users through the Website including personal data or information; (ii) the purpose, means and modes of usage of such information by Us; and (iii) how and to whom such information which has been collected will be disclosed.

1.4. We reserve the right to make changes to this Privacy Policy at any time. If We do so, We will post the updated Privacy Policy on the Website and indicate when the same was last revised. If We make any material changes, You will be informed of such changes by appropriate measures. These measures include a notification to You, when we make the changes, or an email intimating You of the changes being made by Us. 

2. TYPES OF INFORMATION WE COLLECT FROM USERS 

2.1. “Personal Information” constitutes any information that relates to a natural person, which, either directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with a body corporate, is capable of identifying such a person. 

2.2. User Generated Information: 

We collect the following Personal Information from You when You use our Services: 

(a) Your name, age, email address, phone number, and password generated during the registration process; 

(b) information you provide us, such as your username and screenshots depicting the problem faced by You when You contact us for assistance; 

(c) information you provide us while using the Website (for example, the answers you provide to the questions We ask You); or 

(d) We sometimes record calls/video sessions that You participate in with Us, for the purpose of  maintaining records and improving Our Services towards You. When we record your video sessions, some Personally Identifiable information may get recorded. 

If You are a person below the age of 18 years, Your parent/guardian will be required to provide consent to the use of your Personal Information described above, as per Clause 4 below. 

You agree and acknowledge that as part of the Services, we will be asking you questions, which we have divided in three separate categories, with the division being based on the privacy option available against each question. The privacy options available against the questions are as follows: (a) generic questions - answers to which will not require the disclosure of Personal Information, which have no privacy option and the answers to which shall be made known to any third party; (b) moderate questions, against which  a privacy option shall be provided to You, where you can mark whether or not the answer contains Your Personal Information, and the use of such Personal Information will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy; and (c) confidential questions, the answers to which shall be treated as containing Personal Information in default and shall be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. 

2.3. Automatically Collected Information: While using the Website, the Website may automatically collect certain information about Your activity on and interaction with the Website, including, but not limited to, the type of mobile/laptop/desktop You use, Your IP address and Your device operating system. The use of this information shall also be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy, if it includes Personal Information. 

2.4. Analytics Information: We use third-party analytics tools to help us measure traffic and usage trends for the Service. These tools collect information sent by your device or our Service, including the web pages you visit, add-ons, and other information that assists us in improving the Service. We collect and use this analytics information with analytics information from other Users so that it cannot reasonably be used to identify any particular individual User. 

2.5. Financial Information: If you are required make a payment to the Website for any of Our Services, we may collect your billing details such as name, billing address, contact number and redirect you to our Online Payment Gateway Service Provider (“OPGSP”), PayTM (One97 Communications Ltd). We do not collect or store your credit/debit card details or your net-banking details on our servers. Your submission of credit/debit card details or net-banking details to the OPGSP will be governed by the terms stipulated in the OPGSP’s terms of use and privacy policy. (PayTM policies).

2.6. We also collect and maintain aggregated, anonymized, or pseudonymized information to protect the safety and security of our Website, improve our Services, or comply with legal obligations.

2.7. When access to our Website is gained using the user credentials provided to You at the time of registration, any use of Our Website will be deemed to be Use by the legitimate User and the Company shall not be responsible for verifying whether the credentials are being used by the legitimate User or not.

3. CONSENT

3. 1. By creating an account on our Website and providing your Personal Information, You are consenting to the use of such information by Us as per the terms of this Privacy Policy and Our Terms of Use.  

This is the process that You undergo when you enrol for our Services by making a payment or receiving a scholarship:

  1. You or Your parent/guardian (if You are a person below the age of 18 years) fill in a form where you give us “informed and active” consent

    1. Confirming that you have read our Terms of Use and this Privacy Policy; 

    2. Sharing an identity proof, for us to ensure that You have the capacity to provide such informed consent; 

    3. Sharing Email ID, Name, and Phone Number of the guardian and the applicant; 

    4. Sharing details of your parent/guardian, where you are below 18 years of age, for us to verify your identity and seek consent for use of your Personal Information.

3. 2. We will use Your Personal Information only for the purposes laid down in Clause 4 below. If Your Personal Information is used by any third-party, it shall be in accordance with Clause 5 below. 

3. 3. You may decline to provide us with some or all of your information. However, this will limit your ability to use our Website. 

3.4. If You or Your parents/guardian (in case of a person below the age of 18 years) do not consent to the use of Your Personal Information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy, You may opt-out of our Services at any point of time. For this purpose, you may write to us at info@schooloffuture.in, and we will at the earliest possible time, disable your access and delete the Personal Information provided by you to us, if requested by You. However, any anonymized information collected by us from you or due to your use of our Website, will remain with us.

4. USE OF COLLECTED INFORMATION 

4.1. The Personal Information collected by Us shall be used in the manner described below: 

(a) To provide you with Our Services and to maintain, manage, and improve Our Services; 

(b) To track Your learning, progress in the program and movements in the Website; 

(c) Your information contained in the generic questions will be seen by other users to facilitate learning of a skill; 

(d) To send you information about any new service offering or other offerings or other information which We perceive may be useful to You; 

(e) send you any notifications; we may also send you a notification if we detect suspicious activity, like an attempt to sign into your account from an unusual location; 

(f) provide you with customer support including technical support and troubleshooting (for example, to reset your password); 

(g) protect you and conduct security investigations and fraud and abuse analysis (including to help us flag spam mail); 

(h) comply with our legal obligations, for example when assisting governments and law enforcement agencies or regulators (as may be required by law); 

(i) To verify Your identity, location and age at the time of registration. 

5. DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION COLLECTED ON THE WEBSITE 

5.1. We will only disclose your Personal Information in accordance with the provisions of this Privacy Policy and the provisions of applicable law. We will only share your Personal Information to fulfill the purposes for which we have collected your Personal Information. We currently do not disclose your Personal Information to any third party. In the event that we intend to do so, we will disclose their identity to you and seek your consent for such disclosure. You may refuse to consent to the use of Your Personal Information by a third-party by writing to us at info@schooloffuture.in. Further, if You are a person below the age of 18 years, Your parent/guardian may write to us at info@schooloffuture.in to refuse to consent to such third-party use.

5.2. We may also disclose certain information to third parties solely to help diagnose technical problems, to administer the Website, and improve the quality of the Website. 

5.3. Notwithstanding the provisions of applicable law, We may disclose Your Personal Information if: (a) We have received Your consent for such disclosure; (b) when We believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect Our rights; (c) To protect Your rights and safety; or (d) To investigate fraud or respond to a government, judicial or other legal requests considered by us to be essential for compliance with applicable law.

5.4. While your privacy and the information you share is of paramount importance to us, in the event we determine at our sole discretion from information you share with us, and specifically any answer that you give to any of the questions, you would affect your life, health, either mental or physical or the life, health of any other third party, then we shall inform of the same to your parent/legal guardian and or any other authority as per applicable law. 

5.5. Any information collected by third party service providers and utilized by us shall be governed by the privacy policies of such third parties. 

6. COOKIES 

6.1. The Website uses temporary cookies, which are files that Your web browser puts on Your system when You visit the Website, to store certain information. The information collected through these cookies is used by Us for the technical administration of the Website, research and development, and to improve the quality of Our Services. 

6.2. We may use third party cookies to track visitor behaviour and to improve the quality of Our Services. However, such cookies shall not store any kind of Personal Information, nor shall such Personal Information be disclosed to any third party. 

6.3. These cookies are intended to be automatically cleared or deleted when the User quits the browser application. You are encouraged to use the “clear cookies” functionality of Your browser to ensure such clearing/deletion, since it is impossible for Us to guarantee, predict or provide for the behaviour of Your system. 

6.4. The information We collect with cookies is not sold, rented, or shared with any third parties.

6.5.  We may ask advertisers or other partners to serve ads or services to your devices, which may use cookies or similar technologies placed by us or the third party.

7. SECURITY PROCEDURES

7.1. We have implemented industry standard security policies, rules and technical measures to protect any kind of Personal Information that We have under Our control from unauthorized access, improper use or disclosure, unauthorized modification and unlawful destruction or accidental loss. However, it is contended that no method of transmission over the Internet, or method of electronic storage, is 100% secure. Thus, while We strive to protect Your Personal Information, the Website cannot ensure and does not warrant the security of any information You transmit to Us. In the event of a data leak or privacy break, You will be informed of the same with a notice, sent to the email address and phone number provided by you while making payment for procuring our Services.

8. RETENTION OF INFORMATION 

8.1. We retain any Personal Information that You may have provided to Us, for as long as You engage Our Services, and at least for a period of 5 years after expiry of Your access to assist other students to learn from Your experience. If You want us to delete Your Personal Information in our possession after expiry of Your access, write to us at info@schooloffuture.in.

9. CHOICE/OPT-OUT OF NON-ESSENTIAL COMMUNICATIONS

9.1. If You wish to opt-out of receiving non-essential (promotional, marketing-related) communications from Us, after setting up an account, You may choose to do so. Further, if You wish to remove all Your contact information from the Website, You may do so by opting out of the Website and closing all accounts with the Website. However, even after Your account is deleted, some of your data will remain on the Company's servers for use as metadata, unless you write to us at info@schooloffuture.in requesting us to delete Personal Information related to You.

10. YOUR RIGHTS

You and Your parent/guardian (if You are a minor) shall have the right to 

10.1. know what Personal Information we collect from You, how it is being used by Us, how long We will retain such Personal Information and whether we will share the same with third-parties. We do this by way of this Privacy Policy.

10.2. request a copy of Your Personal Information collected by Us. To get a copy of your Personal Information, please write to Us at info@schooloffuture.in

10.3. correct Your Personal Information in Our possession. You can do so by writing to Us at info@schooloffuture.in.

10.4.request Us to delete Your Personal Information in Our possession. We will do so, unless we have a compelling reason for retaining the same.

10.5. request Us to transfer Your Personal Information that is in our possession to another entity. 

10.6. request Us to provide You with a copy of our automated processing activities or profiling activities and we will provide the same if we engage in such activities. 

11. INFORMATION ON PUBLIC FORUMS 

11.1. When You use certain features on the Website like any discussion forums, or if you post any information, including Personal Information, through comments, messages, feedback, such information will be available to all users and the public in general. All such sharing of information will be done at your risk. Please note that if you disclose Personal Information when you make a public post, the same may become publicly available and will be subject to the terms of this Privacy Policy. 

12. GOVERNING LAW AND JURISDICTION 

12.1. This Privacy Policy shall be governed by and constructed in accordance with the applicable laws of India without reference to conflict of laws principles. The courts in Delhi, India shall have the exclusive jurisdiction to determine any disputes arising in relation to, or under this Privacy Policy. 

13. THIRD PARTY LINKS 

13.1. The Website may contain links to other websites ("Linked Sites"). The Linked Sites are not under the control of the Company. We are not responsible for the content of any Linked Site, including, without limitation to, any link contained in a Linked Site, or any changes or updates to a Linked Site. 

13.2. The Company does not intend the Linked Sites to be referrals to, endorsements of, or affiliations with the linked entities. 

13.3. On accessing the Linked Sites, you shall be governed by the terms of use, privacy policy and such other additional policies of the Linked Sites. You further acknowledge and agree that the Company shall not be responsible or liable, directly or indirectly, for any damage or loss caused or alleged to be caused by or in connection with the use of or reliance on any such content, advertising, products, services or other materials available on or through any Linked Sites or for any errors, defamatory content, libel, slander, omissions, falsehoods, obscene content, pornographic material, or any profanity contained therein. 

14. DO NOT TRACK REQUESTS

As mentioned in Clause 2.4, Your Personal Information will be used by Google Analytics or any other service specified therein to analyse web traffic on our Website. Except for the manner specified here, we do not track You or Your Personal Information on the Internet.
